Our supervisor will walk the project with you, discuss what will be cleaned, provide a written quote and explain how we will dispose of the waste water in accordance with the new regulations. We will then at completion issue you a certificate of compliance explaining what we did and how.

Many companies have cold pressure washers they purchased at Home Depot for $400. This does not mean they are qualified. In this photo you can see where an inexperienced company tried to use cold water to remove a stain on concrete and ruined the concrete. We have hot water and chemicals we can use to break the stain down so the concrete doesn’t get etched like this.

An inexperienced technician can also etch the surface being cleaned by trying to use too much cold pressure instead of hot water. Insist that whomever cleans uses plywood to protect landscaping, appropriate biodegradable chemicals to break down the stains and hot water.
